My husband and I went on the Ripley’s Ghost Train tour and had a blast! This clip is the beginning of our adventure where we purchase tickets and meet “Mr. Bones” one of our tour guides. We highly recommend going on this and the walking tour (wear comfy shoes). Be prepared to do walking in both tours! To find out more about this tour and others you can access their website at:
http://www.redtrains.com/ghost_trains.php
For the ghost train tour you will be given 1 free disposable camera (we recommend bringing your own), and a loaner EMF reader (k-II meter). The K-II meter is a pain to use because you have to hold the button down throughout the entire tour. We suggest “gently” wedging a coin into the button to keep it depressed. There will be areas where you will be in complete blackness and be on unfamiliar terrain. Bring a small penlight, or fingerlights with you so you can see. We especially recommend this if you have difficulty walking or unstable on your feet. The ground is uneven in some places so it helps to be able to see some of the area. The colored fingerlights are best to use because they are not intrusive at all. The color is muted so nobody is blinded, and it doesn’t interfere in picture taking. Hope this helps! Go on the tour! You’ll have a blast! And when you do, come back and share your experiences with us! We captured several anomalies!

I had enough of that forsaken hell hole back in the early 70’s!
Why the hell would anyone in their right minds want to go there?
It’s hot …sticky …dirty (fine red dust in the air everywhere). terribly muggy. I can think of much nicer places to visit than that hell hole of a country! (Like New Zealand for example! Now there’s a place everyone should visit at least once in their lives!) If you want to get a small ….very small idea as to how Viet Nam feels then just imagine Florida in the summertime, then multiply that icky sticky feeling by 10. That’s Viet Nam!
Yuck!

Honestly, would you like to walk around the moon as a tourist?
Sleep a week or so at a moon hotel, where you can rent moon dune buggies and play unique sports suited for the bouncy
low gravity of the moon? How cool would it be to jump on a trampoline? Golf? Any other wild things you can thing of to do
on the moon as a tourist in 2020?
BTW, Hilton corp. already has first dibbs
for the first Hotel in space. Conrad Hilton strangely enough cut a deal with NASA
before he kicked the bucket, when the US
was the only space game in town.
Per basketball, everyone gets to be
Micheal Jordan and slam dunk at will.
Per football, everyone gets to be Payton Manning, and throw the ball 85+ yards
Per baseball, everyone gets to be Barry Bonds, and whap the leather off the ball for 500 yards plus.
———————————————-
new moon sports – low gravity gymnastics
with triple the height bars. a 12-flip spin
would become commonplace……
trampoline frisbee golf – bounce 40 feet high and get it in the hoop
harry potter quiddish with little jetpacks-
and you thought it was just in the movies!
and toss it in the
Person that says it won’t happen till 2050.
Look at a website called www.spaceadventures.com
They are sending civilians up in space right now for suborbital moonwalks. I called
and the guy said they are sending someone up Monday. Call the rep at
1-888-85-SPACE and ask him.
Sorry, dude. I can understand your jaundiced view toward Big Science and the
bureaucracy that goes with it, but its
not like that anymore…..way not like that
anymore…..and another shuttle is floating
around in space now as we speak.!!!!
I would but I’ll be too old for space travel then
